Have you lost your partner or someone dear to you or do you have
trouble coming to terms with a divorce? Grief counselling could be the
answer. Talking, drawing and music will help you to let your feelings flow.
The pain, the grief and the feeling of loss will no longer pop up at will, but
will be integrated into your system. After a few sessions you will notice
that it becomes easier to talk about your loss and that the emotions are
more manageable.
Children are also welcome. The surviving parent is often so immersed in
his or her own grief (or its suppression) that the child has lost not just one
but two parents. Grief counselling for children is often a healing process
for the entire family. At the same time, learning a process to ground
yourself is often needed after a period of grief.
